Fraser Valley Home Inspections is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the Wood Energy Technicians of British Columbia and the Environmental Solutions Association. Inspections meet or exceed the standards of practice of both CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and NACHI.

As well as being a Cerified Residential Inspector, C. Brett Bernier is a B.C.T.Q. Certified Carpenter with over 20 years experience in residential construction. He is Certified through WETT BC to inspect wood burning appliances for fire insurance approval. He is Certified through the Environmental Solutions Association and is qualified to provide mold and indoor air quality testing. He recently received his National Inspection Certificate from the National Certification Authority and is currently the President of the Fraser Valley NACHI Chapter. Brett is professionally trained and keeps up to date with continual upgrading to his education. He is dedicated to high standards of practice and customer service.
